![]() Stalking, finding a neet brother, a child abuse case and Haru’s true motive in the VN. NTY is split mostly into 4 major chapters where they are of each different case. ![]() The DRM is a simple copy and paste of the codes given after purchase. I can immediately run the VN without any further installation after unpacking. My download speed was approximately 1mbps. Link (NSFW/R18+/Link might be wonky): Mangagamer NTYĪpproximately 3gb in size, split into 2 zips for download, unpacked into 4.37 gb. Worth buying or not: Because it’s the only recent BL VNs in the market, so if you want to see more BL VNs, you buy it regardless of my score. = No visible spelling mistake, but I see some inconsistent past/present tense usage (does not affect the story).įinal score, 5.5/10, and play Hiroyuki’s route first regardless of your interest in the other characters. One is even old enough to be the protagonist’s father. – 3/4 characters are older than the protagonist. – Protagonist is hypersexual and is hardly relatable for readers. Playing through a route in full, should give you enough info about the full spectrum of what this game has to offer and it’ll be easier to decide whether to continue or not from that point on!įor me, I found it took a full route before I was really invested and when I got invested the less favorable parts were more a little more palatable.– Protagonist is not interesting, and unsuited for solving mysteries due to flippant attitude. I can’t say much without spoiling things, but i will say this game has a lot more going on than what meets the eye. If I hadn’t come from RN9, I probably would’ve felt similar to you! (But also RN9 was really great not trying to dog it all)įrom what I remember, the sex scenes are for the most part range from noncon to dubious con at best (I can think of maybe 1 or 2 that weren’t sketch, but it’s been a few months since my play through, so maybe there’s more not coming to mind- either way it’s primarily sketch behavior taking place).ĭespite this, I would recommend you play through at least one route to its entirety (or at the very least the good end). I had played it right after finishing Room no 9, another Parade title, so I was kind of used to the questionable and to some extent excessive sex scenes already. Personally, I really loved NTY, but I would definitely agree that it’s not a game for everyone. Omg Hiroyuki and his (in my opinion) god awful fashion- he’s such a sweetie I love him! Tl dr I guess my main question is: does Haru's pushy attitude change at all (in Hiroyuki's route or any of the others)? Should I continue if I'm already put off by it? Were you also bothered by it? Am I just being overly sensitive? I obviously don't expect an answer to all of these questions, but I just want to know if what I'm getting into is worth it. The portrayal of rape/non-con in BL has always been a pet peeve of mine, and this seems like it'll only add fuel to the fire. And his attitude about it is even worse, as if Hiroyuki is somehow in the wrong for rejecting his advances. I can't help but feel like an accomplice. Haru is the worst! I know some element of non-con is to be expected in games like this, but something about being on the perpetrating end just makes me feel a bit icky inside. Once I started playing through Hiroyuki's route (bless his heart), however, it finally hit me. It wasn't my cup of tea, but I was willing to overlook it as a silly anime gag. In retrospect, the first red flag was the groping mechanic. That is, until I actually got into the romance (if you could even call it that). Despite my initial reservations, I was enjoying my time with him. He just seemed like such a positively simple guy, and his airheadedness could be pretty funny. I was actually starting to like Haru! I love how 80% of his dialogue ends in an exclamation mark. I mean, how often is it that you see a MC who's a top? And with non-pretty boy LIs? It was a dream come true. On the surface, it seemed like everything I've been looking for and more. The premise is fairly interesting and I really liked the interactions between the characters. So, a few weeks ago I started playing NTY and I was really liking it so far.
